Citizens Clock Tower Plaza

The Citizens Clock Tower Plaza is directly outside Citizens Bank, at 127 South Side Square in Macomb, IL.  Completed before Heritage days in 2015, the general public can now enjoy the central seating area at any time, as it is fully lit at night and heavily shaded in
the late afternoon.
