Dean Walker KS66

$25.00

Product Description

The Kansas Route 66 Visitors' Center is located in a restored Phillips 66 Service Station in Baxter Springs, Kansas along Route 66. The cottage style station was built in 1930. It was places on the National Register of Historic Places by the National Park Service in 2003, and is currently open as part museum, part gift shop, part nostalgia. The Vistors' Center is run by visitors, and one of them is the famous Dean "Crazy Legs" Walker, who can turn his feet completely around 180 degrees, and was the inspiration for "Tow Mater's" ability to drive backwards in the Pixar Movie Cars. You will definitely get your kicks on the 13 miles of Route 66 in Kansas!
