Dehners Brick Sign

Who doesn't remember walking into Dehner Seed and Supply Company on Jefferson Street? Soil and plants and seeds abounded. Watching the gentlemen behind the counter counting out seeds, helping pick out the seedling plants in their little plastic planters, so many childhood memories. The brick building that held this memorable shop was built in 1919, and the doors of Dehner's didn't close until 2003. What a legacy Burlington has been left with within the walls of this building.
