Hamburger am Turm

Traveling photos from Iowa to Ukraine, via Germany and Hungary. This was my first trip to Europe, and it was an experience of a lifetime. Hopefully the first of many.  These photos were taken in Frankfurt, Germany during a 14 hour layover. The Hamburger am Turm (Hamburger Tower Stand) will forever hold a dear spot in my heart, however silly it may seem.  After walking around Frankfurt, I decided to stop here, at this little hamburger/hot dog stand, to taste my first German bratwurst.  Because you can't be in Germany and not get a bratwurst, right? We sat at this table, and relished our order, and the sites and sounds swirling all around us, before venturing on into the great unknown of this great European city!
