Tis a gift to give, tis a treasure to receive.  Come give a little back to our community, and check off a few more items off that list!

We are partnering with Kayla's Cupboard, a local nonprofit organization who gives back to our local community.

We are asking that the community bring in items on the donation list as a suggested entry fee.  Let's give back to the community as we think about those on our holiday lists.

Set Up and Display

  • Exhibitors may set up between 6:30 AM and 9AM. Please be ready to vend to the public by 9AM. The Market is open to the public from 9AM until 3PM. Vendors need to be present at their booth during these times, and are asked not to tear down prior to 3PM. Vendors must be out of the Moose by 5PM. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or cancellation.

 

  • Booth spaces for this indoor event are divided up into 8' sections. Each space will be provided with one 8' rectangular table and two regular folding chairs. Additional tables/chairs may be requested on a first come, first serve basis.

 

  • Vendors must provide their own setup, including table coverings, outside of the table and chairs provided. Limited access to electricity is also available. Please make note of this on your application.

 

  • One adjacent booth space may be requested/assigned for and additional fee.

  • Mistletoe Gift Market Committee will assign booth spaces based on various factors, and will balance requests with space, function, flow, and fire code during the indoor event. Final decisions are up to the committee's discretion.

 

Booth Fee

 

  • Booth fee of $35 is based on available space.  No refunds for for cancellation will be given.
    One additional booth space may be requested, for an additional $15.

 

Weather

  • Mistletoe Gift Market is an indoor event, held in November. Please pay attention to the weather leading up to The Market for travel time. There is no alternate inclement weather location or date; this is a “rain or shine” event. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or cancellation.

Security

 

  • Each vendor exhibits at his/her own risk. Vendors and artists are responsible for their own equipment, setup, and product. Mistletoe Market Committee and sponsors, as well as The Moose Lodge, are not responsible for damage, theft, loss or injury. No pets, please.

 

Other Information

 

  • We ask that you make a donation from your business prior the The Market for our public door prize drawings. Please let the Market Committee know what you will be donating so we can publicize this item along with the other donated items.

 

  • We will be promoting this event on our Facebook page, in the Hawk Eye Newspaper, and on the radio. Each business/booth will be highlighted on our our Facebook page, along with the item donated to the door prize.
